Abstract

Supernumerary teeth and dilaceration are two common aetiological factors for unerupted maxillary incisors. A case is described where both factors were present relating to the same tooth. Treatment involved removal of the badly dilacerated incisor and orthodontic repositioning of the conical supernumerary followed by restorative procedures to provide optimum aesthetics.
